For Awakened...
The interaction between Cara and MAC provides the perfect backdrop for the unexpected surprises that await the reader. Awakened is the perfect title. This story, unravelled at just the right pace, reveals some really compelling messages. And speaks to something we can keep learning in life…that we might unlearn our ‘truths’ and be much better for it, if not at least wiser.
--Francis Turner
Given a chance to really know your enemy, you may discover that you are not so different after all, and you may learn something about yourself, and each other.
--Ken Wallin
I'm not a huge fan of reading sci-fi, so I don't often choose this kind of book. But I'm so glad I did choose this one! I've read several of this author and she has convinced me to become a sci-fi big fan!
TE Bradford has a delightful "voice" and I often smiled at the unique turn of phrase or way of thinking. She was also great at creating MAC with warmth and personality so that I fell in love with him. I'm so glad this is the beginning of a series. Can't wait to read the next one!

For the Divide Series...
I really enjoyed the creativity of the story, and combined beauty and danger of the magical world. I also really appreciated the style and depth of background the author gave her characters and world. And I really liked that it was a good clean story with danger, certainly, but no unnecessary offensive language or imagery; there were also several good lessons to be gleaned (friendship, compassion, sacrifice, trust, faith, courage, etc) I look forward to reading more!
--Meagan Butler
Child of Prophecy is a tale of adventure, fantasy, and friendship, with a hint of romance to round it out. The vivid descriptions and enthralling imagery pull you right into this well-imagined, fascinating world, where not everyone is what they seem. The engaging storyline is full of intrigue and danger, with unexpected twists and well-developed characters that you really care about. But it is also a story that truly leaves the reader with something of value, and that is where it really shines. It is a classic tale of good versus evil, darkness against light, suitable for a Christian audience, without being overtly heavy-handed about it (think C. S. Lewis), with powerful messages about love, sacrifice and redemption.

I have fallen in love with the land of Threa. The author has created a beautiful world, flowing with Creative, Neutral, and Destructive magics. Some can utilize one power, some two, and only one person has ever been able to use all three. But others want this power for themselves. I enjoyed the complexity of the characters in this story. Nova and Quentin are best friends who push each other to live the best lives they can despite the things that hold them back, such as disibility. There is a lot more to the bully, nicknamed Neanderthal Girl, than meets the eye. This book reminds me of The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. Can't wait for the rest of the series.

I really enjoyed the first book in this series and was excited when this book came out. I already knew that the author would blow me away with her imagination and I was not disappointed at all. What I found a little ironic was the storyline about the fear of Civil War breaking out. With the turmoil that 2020 has thrown at us this year, I have heard rumors about a possible Civil War right here in the United States. Nova is on high alert as the threat draws near. “Get your armor on and be prepared.” I loved this quote in the book, “Life isn’t fair. Things are thrust at us we can’t control. But events don’t define us-how we respond does.” I thought this was a good example of the trials we go through in life. We may face difficult situations, but we need to have faith that God is there to help us.

For Heart of the Ajs...
T.E. Bradford is a gifted storyteller. Heart of the Ajs drew me from the first line. The reader is thrust into Nafisa's world and dilemma, filled with mysterious powers and a fearful villain. The author does a great job of quickly endearing the reader to Nafisa and her plight. I had to keep reading to find out what Nafisa would do to insure the survival of herself and her people. This is a fast read and I'm interested in the stories to come.
--Beckie Lindsey
I loved the good vs evil aspect of the story. I never tire of new and interesting ways to portray this conflict with fascinating and complex characters. Kudos to TE Bradford for a story well told. Looking forward to many more.
